Waterfront Living in paradise
Originally known as Lake Echo, it was once home to the State of Texas record for Largemouth Bass on two different occasions. The locations where these record fish were caught are still marked on the lake today. Echo Lake does not allow water skiing or Jet Ski use upon the lake and boat speed is limited to 5 MPH or less.

FISHING
Echo Lake has a designated area for the boarding and riding your equine friends. This area, located at the north end of the property provides about 40 fenced acres of grass and wooded area. The horse pasture has a combination rain runoff and spring fed pond for year round water access. There is also a large two story red barn, stalls, and tack room with the upper level used for hay storage.
HORSES
Landing patterns at Echo Lake eliminate flying over the lake itself. Runway 16 is right pattern and runway 34 is left pattern. Currently maintenance of the airstrip and designated adjacent property is the responsibility of the members of the Echo Lake Pilots Association. Membership is limited to resident/property owners of Echo Lake, and is comprised of both pilots and non-pilots, the latter being aviation enthusiasts.
